Admissions at Gokuldham High School & Junior College are guided by a structured & transparent process. We welcome students across Pre-School, Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary levels, subject to seat availability and eligibility criteria.

Alternatively, parents are welcome to visit the school and meet with the office staff for further information regarding the admission process.
Parents are welcome to visit the school to explore our campus, learn about our facilities, and gain a better understanding of our learning environment, curriculum, and educational approach. Our staff will be happy to assist you with your queries and provide the necessary information to help you make an informed decision about your child’s education.
Parents can submit the admission application online through our school website. For any further information or clarification regarding the admission process, parents are welcome to visit the school, interact with our office staff, and explore our campus, facilities, and learning environment.
Parents are welcome to interact with the Principal to discuss their child’s educational needs, gain a better understanding of the school’s vision, values, and educational approach, and seek clarification on any queries related to the admission process. We believe in fostering a strong partnership with parents to support every child’s holistic growth and development.
Upon successful submission of the admission application form, parents may visit the school along with their child for an interaction with the Principal. The admission process will be completed upon fulfilment of all the required formalities.
An orientation programme is organised for parents of newly admitted students to familiarise them with the school’s vision, values, academic practices, rules, and facilities. It provides parents with valuable insights into the school’s functioning and educational approach, ensuring a smooth transition for their child from preschool to formal schooling and fostering a strong partnership between the school and parents to support the child’s overall development.

1) Copy of Birth Certificate/Copy of Final Report Card of last school attended.
2) Original School Leaving/Transfer Certificate of last school attended.
3) Copy of Aadhar Card of Parent & Child.
4) One latest and separate photograph of each parent and the child.
5) Caste Certificate (if applicable) issued in Maharashtra in the name of the child and its photocopy.

Admissions typically begin in the first term of the academic year. Seats are limited and subject to availability. We encourage parents to complete the enquiry process early to secure placement. The academic year runs from March to February, in alignment with ICSE and ISC schedules under the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations.
